A 55 year old woman was found to have multiple abnormal abdominal and peripancreatic lymph nodes with hepatic lesions by CT scan. The patient had a history of pelvic neoplasm excised four years prior. The patient underwent endoscopic ultrasound guided (EUS) fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy on the peripancreatic node. The aspirate smears were stained with modified Wright and Papanicolaou methods.
