Presentation Date: November 2014; Expires November 2017
A 42 year old male presented with an enlarging right thigh mass, present for 9 months, which recently became painful. A right leg MRI was performed and revealed a 20-cm mass in the anterior compartment of the thigh. The lesion is within the soft tissue and abuts the periosteum, but does not appear to invade the femur. An ultrasound guided core needle biopsy was performed.
