A 64 year old Japanese female with a past medical history of colonic adenocarcinoma was undergoing a screening computed tomography and found to have focal tracheal wall irregularity. The subsequent bronchoscopy identified a 1 cm but lobulated mass protruding from the left tracheal wall. Brushing, biopsy and bronchial wash were performed.
