28 Year Old Male with Back Pain and a Paraspinal Mass

This is a 28 year old man who presented with back pain while splitting wood. He went to the ER after a course of antibiotics and prednisone without alleviation of his pain. MRI performed showed a lytic lesion of the paraspinal process, left iliac crest and right acetabulum. The paraspinal mass was aspirated and showed slides (1&2).
