Superficial Upper Abdominal Mass

The patient is a 44-year old woman with a past medical history significant for end-stage renal disease secondary to lupus nephritis. She was found to have an incidental 3.6 x 2.5 cm abdominal mass on CT during an evaluation for a kidney transplant. Ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration was performed.
